Role Overview
As a Sales Key Account Manager, you will lead to develop and manage category strategies across channel and customers, and direct implementation of category and brand plans.
Your Tasks
Act as center of excellence on Channel, Shopper and POP as a main function
Develop/co-develop, implement, and monitor/review all activities of the Category that require trade and/or in-store implementation in coordination with Channel / Account Manager
Execute category plans in the defined channel
Track Customer Contribution Statement
Implement category management/ captainship projects
Actively involve in Monthly Business Plan cycle and give input to Demand Planner
SKU optimization per customer/store size - shared responsibility with SCM Executive
Develop channel strategy for categories
Target setting for sales incentive for the defined channel by being aligned with Key Accounts & Channel Manager
Your Profile
Graduated from a reputable university
At least 7 years of experience in Sales or Trade Marketing Divisions
Analytical Thinking Skills and Can-Do Approach
Advanced in English Advanced in MS Office programs

Nivea Beiersdorf Turkey office in İstanbul Ayazağa region is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Istanbul. Working model will be hybrid for this role, 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
