Your Tasks
At Beiersdorf, our corporate real estate department manages all of our worldwide real estate holdings, which encompass offices, factories, laboratories, and other properties. We handle various tasks, including real estate transaction management, such as acquiring, leasing, or disposing of properties. Additionally, our responsibilities encompass managing our property portfolio, maintaining our facilities, overseeing leases, controlling costs, driving sustainability efforts, planning workspaces, ensuring compliance, managing vendors, mitigating risks, and providing essential reports.
Tasks:
• Collection, analysis, and evaluation of real estate-specific data.
• Support in the establishment of a global real estate data management system.
• Assistance in the development of global guidelines with a focus on sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), design, construction standards, etc.
• Validation of appraisal reports and due diligence documents.
• Conducting market-related research in the field of real estate.
• Support in transactions and construction projects.
Your Profile
• Degree in economics with a focus on real estate, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of German and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Independent and meticulous work style.
• Communication skills and intercultural competence.
YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
