Your Tasks

We as the Excellence team drive continuous improvement across all areas and regions within our global Procurement organization. We are passionate about procurement, processes and technology. We enable the Global Procurement Network to work efficiently, to gain the right capabilities and to be recognized as highly skilled people.
You will be a key contributor in bringing our Procurement vision to life. With a focus on driving strategic projects, you will support Beiersdorf’s procurement roadmap shaping the future of our organization. You will implement best practices, internal principles and ensure that the projects are landing within our procurement organization and with our internal business partners. Steering and working in projects as well as collaborating with internal and external business partners will be a vital part of the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and execute strategic projects in our global procurement department.
  • Utilize suitable project management methods and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Lead change management efforts for seamless transition and adoption.
  • Analyze spend data and identify qualitative needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in- and outside Procurement
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities regularly.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions for cross-functional understanding.

Your Profile

  • University degree
  • Several years of job experience in Procurement or other Supply Chain functions experience in more than one function desirable)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on mentality and very good analytical skills,
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong implementation skills, assertiveness and strong stakeholder management as well as a pronounced ability to manage complexity
  • Experience in change management projects
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Team-oriented, open and proactive
  • Fluent English in spoken and written
  • Conceptual thinking
  • Process design
  • Result oriented / performance-driven

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.

Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
