Your Tasks
Role Purpose:
Ensure the correct strategies and continuous development of the brands in charge in line with the International / Regional offices.
Define and achieve specific sales, profit and market share objectives through the development of annual marketing & shopper plans.
Main Accountabilities:
Long Term Marketing Business Plan
• Prepare a business plan by brand group in order to provide strategic direction for individual sub-brands and define contribution to future sales and profit growth and follow up in every step.
Marketing & Communications Strategy (ATL & POS Strategy)
• Adapt and develop the MU communication strategy to local markets in coordination with Medical Management teams to ensure the proper adaptation of marketing and communication strategies to the different channels.
• Coordinate and lead brand activities with Sales team in order to ensure the POS strategy.
BTL Activities:
• Plan and execute BTL activities.
Business Development
• Achieve sales, profit and market share objectives. Net Sales & Innovation tracking
Marketing Budget Control
• Control marketing investment in line with the agreed Marketing Plan (ATL & POS, updated as necessary during the financial year.
Maximization of Return On Investment
• Review and consistently evaluate amarketing investments opportunities in order to maximize return on investment against agreed brand objectives (ATL Investment – Develop & coordinate annual on packs).
P&L Control
• Must be able to understand and manage the figures at top and bottom level to ensure the profit objectives.
Assure Product Supply
• Ensure with supply chain team the continuous supply of product through the proper forecast accuracy.
