We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing activities across influencer campaigns, product research, and retail trade insights. This role offers hands-on experience in the dynamic beauty and skincare industry and is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, trends, and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
• Influencer/KOL Content Monitoring: Review and assess influencer (KOL) content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Coordinate feedback, content approvals, and posting timelines with internal teams and influencers.
• Local Artwork Coordination: Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop localized campaign materials tailored to the market while maintaining global brand consistency.
• Administrative and Logistic Support: Assist with processing purchase orders (POs), coordinating product pull-outs for influencer and media activities, and keeping records of marketing-related logistics.
• Skincare Trend & Competitor Research: Conduct regular research on skincare innovations, consumer behavior, and market trends to support brand planning and product development insights.
• Competitor Monitoring & Pricing: Update and maintain competitor assortment and price ladder trackers to ensure up-to-date benchmarking across categories and brands.
• Trade Checks: Conduct field trade checks to assess competitor activities, shelf presence, pricing, and promotional execution across retail partners.
• Campaign & Retail Execution Support: Assist in rolling out marketing campaigns, in-store activations, sampling, and brand events, including coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications:
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and influencer marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Good analytical mindset and curiosity about consumer and market trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of design or digital tools is a plus.
• Previous marketing internship or related experience is an advantage.
