Data Analytics:
- Assists the Brand manager in preparing reports to monitor and evaluate key brands performance such as market share in the respective category
- Assists in monitoring category development closely eg. Competitor performance, launch and relaunch, and price changes
- Helps develop strategic plan for NIVEA category to drive NIVEA category growth
NPD Launches and Perfect Execution:
- Supports the Brand Manager in executing go to market strategy for all NIVEA launches and giving guidance to other departments (S&CM, Sales and Ecomm) by steering the marketing mix (price, promo, media, POSM, distribution etc.)
- Follow the ‘go to market’ process by ensuring on time delivery of presentations and materials
- Helps ensure perfect execution on all touchpoints (digital, ATL, KOL) closely working together with Brand Manager, Media and Digital, and partner agencies
- Helps ensure internal excitement for the category, launches and relaunches by being passionate about the brand and products
Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders:
- Support the Brand Manager to liaise with agencies in activating marketing campaigns with online publishers, KOLs, and retailers in a timely manner
- Assist Brand Manager in working closely with S&CM and Ecommerce in translating campaigns to consumer engagement activities that can be used for major activities with key retailers
- Support in execution of upcoming brand activities events, including coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or any related course.
• Background in Personal Care or Skin Care is an asset.
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and/or Trade Marketing is a plus.
• Strong project management, strategic-thinking skills and with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of design or digital tools is a plus.
• On the last semester of the 4rth year or last year on the Course ot whichever is the equivalent
