Your Tasks
The role of Warehouse Coordinator focus on the implementation of BDF logistics procedures via the contribution of the 3rd party Logistics provider by monitoring & coordinating all related activities. Additionally, the incumbent ensures high service level to customers while being a business partner with all involved company functions.

Inventory Management
- Ensure stock levels are accurate and align with demand
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordinate stock replenishments and cycle counts
- Coordinate the appropriate disposal process

Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination
- Work closely with the 3PL to ensure timely order processing and shipping
- Monitor order accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Track shipments and address any delivery issues

Performance Monitoring & Compliance
- Ensure the 3PL provider meets agreed SLAs (service level agreements)
- Track KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and warehouse efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., customs, safety, and handling regulations)
- Adheres to good distribution practices (GDP)

Communication & Problem-Solving
- Act as the key point of contact between the company and the 3PL provider
- Resolve operational challenges like stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or delays
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, procurement, customer service) to align logistics with business needs

Process Improvement & Cost Management
- Identify inefficiencies in warehousing and logistics and propose improvements
- Monitor logistics costs and suggest ways to optimize expenses
- Participate in different projects as SAP Logistics Key user
Your Profile

Education
- Bachelor degree
- Master degree, will be considered an asset

Skills
- English proficiency level
- SAP S/4HANA
- Microsoft Office

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain processes, specifically warehousing
- Personal attributes
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP, WMS).
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
