Your Tasks
- Lead the development of short-form video content for official digital commerce and social platforms, driving fresh and trend-relevant concepts inspired by emerging content formats and the latest beauty and personal care trends.
- Support the enhancement of selected product listing pages by identifying actionable insights and best practices from high-performing affiliate and creator content.
- Manage day-to-day creator and affiliate operations, including handling FOC (free-of-charge) product allocations, product seeding, shipment tracking, and maintaining timely follow-ups with creators.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, agencies, and content creators to ensure smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations and effective campaign execution.
- Maintain and regularly update key trackers, and share weekly progress updates, insights, and learnings with the team to support continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of internship experience in a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, i.e TikTok/Shopee Video, short-form content creation, and creator/affiliate marketing.
- Basic ability to create short-form video content, including simple shooting and editing skills.
- Passionate about beauty, personal care, and staying up to date with social media trends.
- Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, agencies, and external creators.
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Previous internship or involvement in student organizations is an advantage.
