Job Purpose:

• Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in achieving the short, mid, and long-term commercial objectives of the account team, as outlined in the country’s sales strategy.
• Actively contribute to the execution of Sales Fundamentals principles, with a particular focus on e-commerce customers, including bricks & clicks, quick commerce platforms, and pure players, as well as discounters.

Main Challenges and Responsibilities:

Customer Contact:

• Drive digital-shelf excellence in execution, ensuring that all product content is consistently maintained across the trade landscape.
• Translate newly available logistical data for innovations and relaunches into actionable insights, sharing this information in customer-specific templates.
• Serve as a reliable and knowledgeable contact person for the buyer/category manager at the customer.
• Actively contribute to generating new campaign activation ideas for our digital customer.

Customer Business Plans:

• Assist the KAM in monitoring business plans, conducting analyses, and managing daily tasks.
• Play a critical role in preparing and following up on the digital brand activation plan for e-commerce customers.
• Conduct profitability evaluations and provide recommendations for special activations.

Promotions Evaluation:

• Collaborate closely with the KAM and S&CM Team to enhance the performance of our promotional plans.
