- Seamlessly co-working and aligning on digital strategic roadmap with Global Digital of Beyond
- Co-leading with brand team and cross-functions to implement integrated digital campaign, ensure concepts & implementation idea are customized for Digi-consumer and align with marketing direction as well as to meet digital KPIs
- Monitoring & analyzing & Updating Digital situation with recommendation to brand team to keep competitive advantage at all time
- Designing, executing and monitoring sustainable Digital Marketing business model in Thailand by expanding ecosystem and distribution channel
- Leading and developing local JBP with key social platform to gain value added service to stay ahead digital landscape
Media Strategy, Efficiency & Financial Management
- Co-Work with brand team to recommend effective and efficient Digital media plan with strategic media mix against clear KPIs and drive effective total digital media share for total Derma
- Run Post analysis to ensure the effective reach & media spending of digital campaigns in all platforms
- Lead media buying pitch and manage ROI of digital investment
- Manage assigned budget & responsible for Eucerin Bottom line to deliver profitable result, and ensure A&P is effectively spent
Digital Upskills & Team Development
- Coach, guide, motivate and develop both soft and functional skills to the subordinates.
- Coach and develop digital marketing skills and knowledge for the Marketing Team in Thailand
- Deploy Thailand digital business model know-how to SEA countries and act as a consultant for Digital Teams in SEA countries
