Your Tasks

Digital Strategic Development & Implementation

  • Lead Digital Platform, strategy and execution plan for total Eucerin brand and Brand campaign to ensure to effectively connect with target consumers through full funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Developing short, medium and long term digital strategy for Thailand.
  • Seamlessly co-working and aligning on digital strategic roadmap with Global Digital of Beyond
  • Co-leading with brand team and cross-functions to implement integrated digital campaign, ensure concepts & implementation idea are customized for Digi-consumer and align with marketing direction as well as to meet digital KPIs
  • Monitoring & analyzing & Updating Digital situation with recommendation to brand team to keep competitive advantage at all time
  • Designing, executing and monitoring sustainable Digital Marketing business model in Thailand by expanding ecosystem and distribution channel
  • Leading and developing local JBP with key social platform to gain value added service to stay ahead digital landscape

Media Strategy, Efficiency & Financial Management

  • Co-Work with brand team to recommend effective and efficient Digital media plan with strategic media mix against clear KPIs and drive effective total digital media share for total Derma
  • Run Post analysis to ensure the effective reach & media spending of digital campaigns in all platforms
  • Lead media buying pitch and manage ROI of digital investment
  • Manage assigned budget & responsible for Eucerin Bottom line to deliver profitable result, and ensure A&P is effectively spent

Digital Upskills & Team Development

  • Coach, guide, motivate and develop both soft and functional skills to the subordinates.
  • Coach and develop digital marketing skills and knowledge for the Marketing Team in Thailand
  • Deploy Thailand digital business model know-how to SEA countries and act as a consultant for Digital Teams in SEA countries

Your Profile

  • Min. 8 years working experience, with several years in Digital Marketing, focusing on digital media
  • Implementation of digital strategies and digital ecosystem.
  • Integration of Online Campaign, Social Media, E-Commerce and CRM
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, open-minded, passionate about teamwork/winning together, global brands/ companies and quality proven products, high responsibility for his/her job and strong/transparent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
  • Strategic thinking and strong data analysis ability, able to read through market trend via data
  • Creativity with open mind, high level of learning agility, be sensitive to market trend and consumer insights.
