Accounting Specialist RTR with Italian

Your Tasks

  • Overall responsibility for the financial accounting and closing
  • Contact ("Business Partner") for the Finance Manager of the respective affiliate in all financial accounting matters. This requires very close cooperation with the local organization, combined with regular on-site visits
  • Coordination and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and IFRS
  • Posting of current account in OTC/PTP beside RTR acitives
  • Orchestration of tax related matters (CIT, VAT, WHT) with external tax advisor and tax authorities
  • Cost center accounting and preparation of statements of income (SOI) in accordance with IFRS and group-specific guidelines
  • Self-reliant analysis and documentation of accounts and financial statements
  • Pro-active development and standardization of accounting processes / accounting systems

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed professional education in accounting or a Bachelor/Master degree with focus on finance and accounting
  • 3+ years experience in finance and accounting with closing activities / financial statements
  • High sense of ownership, positive "can-do" mindset and ability to navigate through uncertainty, high level of flexibility
  • Knowledge of Italian local GAAP and international accounting standards (IFRS) is a plus
  • Confident handling of SAP (FI/CO) and MS Office applications
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Ability to work 3 days a week from our Beiersdorf Campus located in Poznań
  • Additional accounting certificates will be an asset
