Strategy
➢ Develop focus & strategy of Total NIVEA (6 categories)
➢ Oversee brand analysis to ensure concrete strategy and the right direction.
➢ Translate strategy into actions and ensure the follow-through over the next 3-5 years.
➢ Inspire and Guide direction/solution to team when there’s a need to change strategy.
➢ Lead strategy setting for SEA (TH as a lead country) and shape ASEAN MU’s strategy in Regional/Global strategy meetings.
Pipeline Development (both NPD and Relaunch)
➢ Lead & Provide direction for concept development to team and work with Regional team to ensure pipelines being developed/integrated/enlarged.
➢ Set a clear portfolio architecture and pipeline responding to strategy for 1-3 years.
➢ Set a clear direction of positioning, segmentation, and pricing strategy within portfolio architecture.
➢ Oversee and commit to deliverables per regional requests & what TH committed.
➢ Being a lead country/representative of SEA for pipeline development/category strategy meetings/regional & global meetings.
Communication Development
➢ To work with creative agency/mkt teams of ASEAN countries to ensure optimisation of media assets for all ASEAN countries by playing the role of the lead communication development market
➢ Lead communication development (ATL & BTL) for both local and regional campaigns.
➢ Provide direction & solution to team & creative agency when strategy & creative idea doesn’t answer to the brief.
➢ Oversee qualitative and quantitative results and set a clear direction to team of changes needed to the communication.
➢ Ensure post-launch monitoring and speedy action plans responding to result.
➢ Bring new ideas/inspiration to team & agency to get inspired and build on existing/future works.
➢ Lead & set a brand platform evolvement for Thailand responding to consumers understanding, competitive move and TH’s brand strategy.
➢ Ensure a good working relation with partnered agency as well as manage agency performance locally and regionally.
➢ Oversee and set a direction of cost efficiency target and ensure synergism of better cost impact to ASEAN.
Media and Digital
➢ Oversee media spending (ATL & BTL) and make decision when change/reallocation needed in order to drive in market performance.
➢ Ensure media strategy & plan is efficient and answer to consumers’ insight & behaviors, especially in digital.
➢ Set a clear demand for JBP with Google and Facebook.
➢ Challenge status quo and bring in new suppliers to broaden & inspire knowledge for team.
➢ Ensure a good working relation with partnered agency as well as manage agency performance locally and regionally.
➢ Oversee media pitch when needed.
Operation Management
➢ Manage marketing budget.
➢ Participate in business reviews, S&OP, Retailers’ JBP.
➢ Work closely with Sales to drive off-take and net sales.
➢ Oversee the opportunity to manage pricing & cost of goods for better margin.
➢ Work with cross functional partners for projects responding to business needs.
Team Development
➢ Set focus for team both in terms of business, competency development and engagement.
➢ Provide leadership, escalation, and solution to motivate and drive team’s performance.
➢ Ensure a high standard of marketing knowledge and execution by giving assignments, challenges, and opportunity to show their potential along the year.
