Trainee in HR

We now have a great opportunity for 12-24 months paid internship program in HR department in our affiliate in Belgrade, Serbia.

Your Tasks

  • Providing support in day to day HR activities
  • Assisting in consolidating and categorizing HR related documents, maintaining physical employee records
  • Assisting in ad hoc HR projects and tasks
  • Assistance in recruitment and selection processes;
  • Participation in onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Participation in the preparation, organization and implementation of internal/external trainings;
  • Administrative tasks such as entering and updating data in the HR IT system;
  • Preparation of appropriate certificates and internal reports;
  • Identification of areas for further improvement, digitization and process automation;
  • Participation in the organization of various company’s events;
  • Participation in numerous projects in the field of employee development, engagement and employer branding.

This position will have a particular emphasis on process improvement and will provide expertise that includes working on local and regional projects related to new concepts of work, employee engagement, change management and digitization, while enabling the intern to learn and grow as well as gain general HR experience.

You'll be assigned with 1:1 mentor throughout whole internship program.

Your Profile

  • Aspiration to learn and grow in field of HR
  • Previous experiences with internships or working student positions in HR
  • Strong communicator who loves to connect with people.
  • Pro-active, open-minded team player with an international mindset.
  • Sense of responsibility, independent and structured way of working.
  • You show a hands-on attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Fluent in Serbian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s studies (psychology, economics, social sciences, data science or similar)​​​​​​.
  • You are fulltime available for at least 12 months.
