1. P&L Management
- Drive eCOM channel growth to deliver GMV & NS target.
2. Management of the fast pace market evolution
- Anticipate and foresee eComm market evolution through learnings from other markets and share potential changes and insights across Derma Asia countries
- Identify emergence of new business model, new formats within the platform and new platform (eg. LIVESTREAM, SOCIAL COMMERCE, Detailing eCOM, O2O) and drive for more operation efficiency
- Evaluate competitor operating model, assortment, price & activities
3. Key Account Management
• Evaluate and cross share learnings and activities recommendation to improve UV, CvR, PCT, RR. --> Identify opportunities for eCom growth in Asia
• Co-manage, liaise and negotiate with Shopee & Lazada (70% of NS contribution in SEA) on target setting (JBP), business reviews, KPIs tracking, FY support from platforms together with eCOM Manager SEA - ensure quality JBP with top 3 platforms in KOREA.
4. Reporting and Analytic Tools
• Working with local country to identify & prioritize areas of improvements from EDGE analytic
5. Develop eCOM entry strategy & launch Eucerin SIS with the key platforms for new market.
