Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement e-commerce activations, innovations launches and promotional activities across e-commerce platforms
  • Work closely with the Marketing and S&CM Team to align online activations with retail and promotional calendar
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, including platforms, social commerce.
  • Build Monitoring campaigns across multiple e-commerce channels to deliver the best return on investment ROAS by analyzing performance and activities (always-on, mega and lead campaigns) alongside working well with the E-Commerce Commercial team to understand channel e-retailers purchase behavior.
  • Monitoring conversion effectiveness of investments, contents and consumer experience and support e-commercial team to implement best in class integrated e-marketing campaigns as ecosystem
  • Reviewing and drive change in all areas that impact "performance" by analyses affiliate performance and maximize ROAS by reporting on acquisition costs and performance of acquired traffic in regards to conversation rates, traffic, retention and lifetime value
  • Provide actionable insights from performance data to optimize future campaign and shopper experience
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date with e-commerce and beauty industry trends.
  • Manage and maintain product listings, ensuring excellent content (Profitero scoring)
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply team demand for heros and NPDs to prevent out-of stocks
  • Preparing the performance report and sharing best practice to ASEAN countries.
  • Update commentary for MIQ global report
  • Create and design e-commerce performance dashboard at CU level.
  • Fully NPD Launch process and results tracking for E-Commerce.
  • Follow the execution of E-Commerce Campaign Calendar with MU guidance on promo mechanics and category focus.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in Shopper & Marketing Positions, paid E-Commerce Performance Marketing, experience in FMCG/E-Commerce. Beauty Industry
  • Good understanding of eCommerce formula and digital landscape, eShelf Matrix, Consumer Journey, Digital Funnels and consumer journey
  • Excellent time management – able to stay clam under pressure whilst working quickly and delivering to dynamic, challenging, and fast paced environment
  • Good communication in both in English for business conduct level
  • Data-driven comfortable with MS excel and analysis, in able to take to decisions
  • Creative thinker and problem solver – enjoys generating innovative ideas and solutions, devising new and exciting ways to engage audiences
  • Passion in E-Commerce industry with strong logical and analytical skills.
