Eucerin is the fastest growing brand in dermatologist recommendation, with hundreds of field force specialists visiting doctors worldwide. As our International Digital Manager D2P you will be tasked with creating a brand new, fresh approach to how, when and where we communicate with our professional audience – doctors. We want to analyze all the potential touchpoints that we have with doctors and create an exciting, new approaches – matching the right content with the right channel and bringing value to every interaction with our doctors! Reporting line: Head of Digital Derma & Healthcare

  • Being in charge of the creation and development of the digital communication concept aimed at doctors. Surprise us with your experience, new research, and your approach.
  • Be numbers focused – meaning, deliver a great new strategy, but also take accountability for its performance in our markets. Develop and track key KPIs to help us keep up to speed with country performance
  • Guide and support our markets in their professional strategy and take a hands-on approach to rolling out the strategy that you will create
  • Manage a variety of digital projects including topics such as website development, CRM set-up and campaigns, exploring new technology as well as rolling out new tools to markets
  • Support the business with learning opportunities to improve all our digital knowledge

Your Profile

  • University degree
  • Detailed CRM knowledge including topics such as the different modules and functionalities within SF Marketing Cloud, specially Journey Builder
  • Proven working experience in digital communication and strong ability to understand business requirements
  • Experience of working and communicating with medical professionals would be an advantage (e.g. pharmaceutical company)
  • Project management experience with ownership to bring projects to an end
  • Curious and inquisitive mindset which wants to discover and create new ways of communicating to professionals
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasive & confident
  • Fluent in English, additional languages would be advantageous
