The overall content strategy is playing a major role for the brand experience and how we engage with a much younger target audience.
Define the content strategy: to engage men via their different passion points (e.g. football).
Create relevant content: create engaging content for our consumers and define key occasions throughout the year for an ongoing conversation.
Digital first: high focus on all digital channels (website, social media, dCRM,) and pioneering possible new platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest).
Data driven approach: use common digital media KPIs to evaluate the user journey in real time and use this to optimize our experience immediately.
Strong collaboration with the regions and potential lead markets to set up pilots first, learn from it and then scale up.
