Your Tasks

Like many other departments, also our Legal Department is more and more looking into the use of technology to increase efficiencies by automating standardized processes but also to increase the quality of its daily work.

Are you interested in joining our dynamic and ambitious project team and support us in driving the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solution within Beiersdorf, changing the ways of working with contracts throughout the organization on a global scale? Then, we want you on board!

You will support us with

  • Driving the change by organizing activations, creating exciting communication material, and managing our user-centered information hub (Sharepoint based),
  • The implementation of the CLM on a global scale (global roll-out),
  • Giving user-guidance on the usage of the system and on any future product enhancements (new functionalities etc.).

Your Profile

  • Student -Duly enrolled during the entire working student period
  • Strong digital and creative mindset
  • Tech-savvy
  • Very good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint and Sharepoint)
  • Good project management skills
  • Digital native or enthusiast
  • Very good written and spoken English skills


Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.000 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 18,78€ per hour.
