We are delighted to be able to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our HR Department as HR Business Partner Trainee.
The Trainee will support the HR Business Partner of our Skin-care brands NIVEA, NIVEA MEN, Labello and Eucerin on the following activities:

  • Employee Onboarding: Contributing to the onboarding process by preparing materials, facilitating orientation sessions, and assisting new hires fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Data Management: Assisting in maintaining accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and contributing to the generation of insightful HR analytics reports.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Supporting the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, workshops, and recognition programs to enhance workplace morale.
  • Performance Management : Participating in development management process including development plans, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communication Support: Assisting in crafting internal communications related to HR initiatives, ensuring clear and effective messaging across the organization.
  • Learning and Development: Contributing to the identification of training needs, assist in coordinating training programs, and support employees in their professional development journey.

Your Profile

  • Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources: Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources or a related field, demonstrating a keen aptitude for analytical thinking ad data interpretation.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail in handling HR documentation, records, and data entry.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate within a team and across departments, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, think critically, and propose practical solutions.
  • Confidentiality: Understanding and commitment to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive HR information.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on new challenges as needed.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Tech Savvy : Comfortable using HR software, databases, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passion for HR: Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Human Resources, with a genuine interest in contributing to the success of the HR team and the overall organization.
