- Lead Exclusive Asia Innovation Products (Go-to-market phase) – deliver breakthrough NPD with light texture & high potent formula that serves needs of Asian consumers, manage NPD launch on time and working closely with core team in Hamburg and Partner in Korea.
- Lead regional communication projects including Key Visual, digital assets – working closely with agency to deliver breakthrough & uplift communication materials that best fits with all countries.
- Support global IIM launch (in assigned category) to make sure it successfully roll out in Asia, driven Asian strategic direction including operational tasks includes DCC, L/RL, AWs – Asia cluster.
- Lead Regional Projects as per assigned i.e. Packaging Project, etc.
- On-going Business Review – make sure in-depth understanding of countries market performance
- New market expansion focus on marketing assessment/analysis, regulatory assessment (work closely with stakeholder cross function)
