Brand Manager

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Develop and implement local brand strategy and realize complete marketing mix the brand Eucerin;
  • Develop annual business plans including VMS, net sales and budget forecasts;
  • Successfully plan, implement, and maximize product launches, relaunches, brand activation and campaigns;
  • Lead the Go to market strategy and implementation in close alignment with Sales;
  • Define assortment strategy, pricing, and distribution;
  • Develop and implement promotion strategy and all BTL activities;
  • Develop all POS materials, sales materials for sell in via sales representatives;
  • Develop communication & media strategy & execute media plans to meet brands objectives with focus on digital activation & excellence;
  • Create online consumer journeys and plan and implement integrated marketing communications and 360° digital campaigns;
  • Conceptualize and implement PR and influencer activities with help of a dedicated agency.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Several years (+3 years) of professional experience in brand management within the FMCG and/or pharmacy sector;
  • Passion for the cosmetics industry, trends, new products and consumer behavior;
  • Expertise in digital marketing - professional and/or personal;
  • Independent, proactive, and creative approach as well as advanced analytical skills;
  • Team player with the ability to perform under pressure and in a complex matrix structure;
  • High level of ownership and a self-starter mentality with drive and motivation;
  • Positive, can-do mindset with an agile approach to work;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
