Responsibilities
- Understand business & consumer insight particularly to develop strategy and design users shopping experience, leading to Shop In Shop concept (SEA- Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam) and ongoing UX development for uplifting sales conversion.
- Lead social commerce development and on-going technical enhancement for SEA
- Manage user experience design, identify front-end development and usability of the platforms including marketplace where applicable.
- Ensure the best fit technology stack and well-integrated infrastructures within ecosystem
- Project management: lead planning, oversee projects and quality assurance
- Lead technical & solution development for SEA eCOM D2C platform integrated state-of-the-art system architecture for building long term digital capabilities.
- Coordinate with eCommerce teams on requirements and ensure clear communication on features and roadmaps
- Responsible in establishing pro-active alert mechanism with IT to provide friction free experience
- Responsible in establishing SEA performance metrics to optimize eCommerce platform usage and performance
- Work with Data Analytics team in enriching data source, improving data quality and drive actionable insights
