We are delighted to offer a brand-new role within our Revenue Growth team for a Revenue and Growth Analyst to join us on a permanent basis reporting to our Revenue Growth Management Controller.
As our Revenue Growth Analyst, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to support the Revenue Growth Management function to develop and deliver our Commercial Strategy and deliver sustainable profitable growth.
Some of the key priorities within this role will include:
Analysis – you will need strong analytical skills in order to turn data into insight, an ability to summarize and simplify complexity, as well as being a confident and engaging business partner to the Sales and Marketing teams.
A confidence when using a variety of data sources and combining these into actionable insights.
Supporting the RGM team in reporting and analysis creating evidence-based proposals and recommendations across all of our channels and categories.
Partnering the relevant member of the Sales and Marketing, in collaboration with the other RGM team members, to develop and deliver the Commercial strategy for the business.
Playing a key role in monitoring pricing, promotional spend and shopper marketing spend across the business highlighting key trends, supporting governance, return on investment and recommending areas for improvement.
