Role and Responsabilities:
- Be the Local Capex Procurement Key Account in project team and maintain the overview of tender packages within project budget, coordinate procurement relevant WoW with regard to processes, guidelines and project timeline
- Accountable for execution of project-specific procurement strategies for assigned CAPEX categories within the project investment
- Accountable for tendering, negotiation, awarding and contract handling for the local investment demands within certain thresholds
- Coordinating role in change order, contract & claim management
- Responsible for compliance with Procurement standards, methods and processes, stakeholder management and sustainable interface towards demand owner and Procurement community
- Develop and improve supplier portfolio and stakeholder relationship management
- Act as reliable expert to share Local Procurement and Category know-how within international Procurement team and relevant stakeholders.
Profile:
- Academic education degree and severel years of professional experience in Procurement for investments, technical projects or Indirects
- Solid background in CAPEX business as well as contract & claim management welcome
- Experience in cross-functional projects and international supplier relations
- Strong communication skills across all hierarchies for effective and efficient functional project steering in a matrix organization
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, e-tendering, S2C-/ P2P-processes
- Fluent English and Portuguese mandatory, additional language skill welcome
- Self-confident appearance, proactive working method and pragmatic, cost-conscious, creative, result-driven mindset
