Project Manager Future HR Transformation (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

Drive Strategic HR Projects

  • Help create and continuously update our strategic HR project portfolio working closely with the Global HR Leadership Team
  • Establish a pragmatic project & change mgmt. structure to bring projects from concept to sustainable, transformational implementation “on-the-ground”
  • Support the definition and steering of all relevant work packages towards agreed project objectives
  • Manage selected projects in close cooperation with the responsible global or regional VPs as well as involved HR directors & experts from around the world

Boost HR Digitalization

  • Establish and curate a global Community of Practice on HR Digitalization with HR experts from around the world
  • Feed insights and best practices into global Digital HR roadmap owned by our global HR IS team and be an active sparring partner for them and our IT provider BSS
  • Support selected local or regional digitalization projects – focusing on the emerging markets in 2021

Do your own thing

  • Keep track of what happens in the HR profession across different industries
  • Identify improvement ideas to increase impact, effectiveness or employee experience in global and local HR processes/structures and take ownership to change them

Your Profile

  • Above-average degree in a field you’re passionate about and setting you up for any fast-changing, international industry environment
  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, organizational development or business transformation management
  • Minimum 6 months of time spent abroad as part of studies or professional life
  • Functional/local HR Business Partnering experience will be a plus
  • Proven large-scale project & change management experience, ideally with own project or workstream responsibility
  • Strong strategic, analytical and conceptional skills paired with entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience with agile & design thinking methodology
  • Proven ability to handle a diverse set of international and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Openness for an international career including a temporary relocation to an international Beiersdorf affiliate
  • Written and spoken fluency in English; additional language skills will be an advantage, German in particular


Testament to the integrated and international way we work in our global Beiersdorf HR community, this role can be co-located with regional or local HR-teams in any of the following BDF-locations around the world: Hamburg, Dubai, Mumbai, Bangkok, and Shanghai.
