Your Tasks
As a Digital Solutions Coordinator in our Corporate R&D Headquarters for Skin Care and Cosmetics, you will be responsible for coordinating digital transformation projects and IT solutions to manage regulatory and safety data.
You will join an experienced team of scientific and technical experts. You will collaborate with colleagues from IT, other R&D teams and stakeholders in different functions.

Your main responsibilities:
- Lead department digitalization projects and master data steward
- Drive digitalization activities for data, processes and software tools
- Implement new tools and methodologies for data curation, automation and change management
- Upskilling and onboarding of co-workers on the digital journey
- Collaborate with inter-departmental and cross-functional teams
This position can also be employed part-time with about 32 hours/week. This position is temporary for two years.
Your Profile
- Educational background in Computer Science, IT, Software Development or a related discipline
- Demonstrated success in project management and digital platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Power Apps) during several years of professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills as required for internal and external collaborations
- Open, global mindset characterized by positivity, flexibility, and adaptability with agile thinking
- Ability to cope with stress and dynamic changes of the business environment
- Fluency in English, and ideally a good knowledge of German

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
