KAM Assistant Intern

Your Tasks

To support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in achieving the short, mid and long-term commercial objectives of the account team as agreed within the sales strategy of the country.

To actively contribute to the execution of the Sales Fundamentals principals, with a particular focus on e-commerce customers (bricks & clicks, quick commerce platforms and pure players)

Main challenges and responsibilities:

Customer contact

Driving digital-shelf excellence in execution, ensuring all product content is consistently maintained across trade landscape

Translates newly available logistical data for innovations and relaunches into information and shares this in customer-specific templates with Customer.

A reliable and knowledgeable contact person for the buyer/category manager at the Customer.

Actively contribute to new campaign activations ideas within digital customers.

Customer Business Plans

Assist KAM on business plan monitoring, conducting analysis and other daily tasks.

Critical role in preparing and following up the digital brand activation plan in e-commerce customers.

Profitability evaluations and recommendations on special activations.

Promotions Evaluation

Work closely with KAM & S&CM Team to improve performance of Promotional plan

Your Profile

Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration (or similar);

Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

High proficiency in MS Office applications (namely Excel and Power Point); SAP reading software is an added valu

Strong communication skills; a good mix of proactivity, creativity, problem solving and analytical thinking

Collaborative team player and relationship building oriented; Ability to work cross functionally in a high-speed environment

High customer orientation and High attention to details and quality consciousness
