Internship Global HR Digital Transformation (all genders) I Beiersdorf

Your Tasks

  • Active participation in current projects (e.g. global rollouts, innovative developments, organizational transformation) sponsored by the Beiersdorf HQ.
  • Supporting development of global business models and processes for the global HR framework.
  • Independent and participation in the setting up of business cases, workshops, briefings, presentations, analyses, and more.
  • Monitoring and coordinating agile, as well as project-based developments of digital initiatives across the company.
  • Market research for the latest trends.
  • Collaboration with international and cross-border teams, both within and outside of the Beiersdorf group.
  • Contributing to the continuous refinement of the global HRIS strategy and digital roadmap for Beiersdorf’s global HR function.

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Human Resources, or similar programs.
  • First experiences in a business environment, e.g. previous internship, or university collaborations.
  • Passionate about the digital world.
  • Team player, but also able to take responsibility and work independently.
  • Good balance between an analytic, structured, and pragmatic approaches.
  • Openness for international and intercultural environments
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications. Programming is a plus.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English; additional language skills will be an advantage, German in particular.
  • Start: A start in the second half of the year is also possible. If this period is interesting for you, please note this accordingly in your application.

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.000 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 18,78 € per hour.
