Your Tasks

The Global HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) People and Culture drives our global business strategy by connecting business needs and our people agenda. We develop and implement relevant global concepts.

The Global CoE team plays a key role in enabling with our ‘Talent Mobility Strategy’ (expat assignments), digitalization (capabilities/mindset), operating models (organizational structure/ change management), talent management, people & culture (mindset/core values) and leadership.

Within the Global CoE team, the Global Mobility Team is consulting all involved stakeholders in the process of temporary international moves of Beiersdorf employees. The Team focuses on improving the expat experience. In this context, several transformation projects have been launched and implemented over the past two years to improve the expat experience along all relevant processes. We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) who has a strong interest and first experience in HR to accompany our operational team on our further journey of change.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support the Mobility Consultants’ team in the implementation of our Talent Mobility strategy
  • Written and verbal communication with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Create documents and templates for the operational business
  • Create PowerPoint and Excel templates and factsheets
  • Manage individual operational processes
  • Develop ideas to optimize the expat experience

Your Profile

  • Advanced studies in management, psychology, or communication sciences, etc. (Interest in Human Resources and major in HR/ consultancy/ corporate development is preferred)
  • Enrolled during the whole working student employment (bachelor or master studies)
  • Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint), with a profound ability to structure and visualize complex arguments
  • Advanced analytical skills (Excel), with a good sense for detail required
  • Intelligent and highly motivated individual with high learning agility and independent working style
  • Strong people soft skills and high maturity level on engaging with key business stakeholders
  • Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies, and experience in project management of advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills, both orally and written

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.000 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 18,78€ per hour.
