Quality Audits Manager (all genders)

Your Tasks

To protect our brand reputation worldwide by ensuring risk issues are addressed and our high-quality standards are met. You will be the contact partner within the organization helping to create transparency, using a risk-based approach.

Audit Management
o    Lead internal audits across Beiersdorf’s global manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and other relevant facilities, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
o    Conduct supplier audits to ensure vendor compliance with Beiersdorf’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
o    Prioritize, plan and execute with global auditors Audits plan, execution and KPI’s.
o    Work together with national and international partners to ensure compliance with GMP requirements in our production facilities and at suppliers.
o    Continuously review the effectiveness of a wide range of corporate processes and ensure improvement measures are implemented.
o    Certify and calibrate continuously RUMEA auditors.
Audit Reporting & Follow-Up:
o    Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, non-conformities, and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
o    Track and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
o    Communicate audit results and trends to senior management and relevant stakeholders, providing insights into global quality performance.
Business Partnering
o    Leverage and contribute to overall Global QM Vision/mission “I CARE 4 QUALITY”, and “Proud to delight our consumers with our Loved Brands”.
o    Key stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and external auditors to ensure effective collaboration in quality management efforts.
o    Act as the key contact for global quality audits, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth audit operations.
o    Link with global/regional/local units to align risks and priorities.
Quality Systems Improvement:
o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Control, R&D, Supply Chain, Production, etc.) to address audit findings and drive improvements in quality processes and systems.
o    Develop and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the global quality management system.
o    Ensure the integration of audit findings into Beiersdorf’s risk management and continuous improvement processes.
Organizational development :Develop and share auditing best practices, standards documents and tools with local and regional Quality peers and business partners.
People development: Provide training, guidance, certification and support to regional/global auditing teams.

Your Profile

  • A good degree in natural sciences or (business) engineering, preferably with a focus on production technology, mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working, for instances having been one of the following:
  • Quality Auditor
  • Quality Assurance and QMS Manager
  • Experience in Quality Control, Assurance, Compliance and Quality Management Systems
  • ISO 9001 and 22716. Others ISO and regulations are a plus
  • Board in Auditor for GMP & typical industry standards
  • In-depth Factory / PC experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of process engineering or process manufacturing an advantage
  • Good organizational skills to coordinate the prioritization, the planning, and the execution of the Global Audit Plan through motivation of the Auditors’ Community.
  • Advanced training and collaboration skills with existing and new members of the Auditors’ pool.
  • Experience in functional leadership an advantage
  • Cross cultural working experience is a must-have.
  • Communication, assertive and tactful skills to influence diverse stakeholders with very different profiles and priorities (marketing, supply chain, procurement, suppliers, across cultures and hierarchies)
  • Be proactive, dynamic, and pragmatic in very complex and ambiguous situations
  • Fluent English and written skills are a must, other languages are an advantage
  • A willingness to undertake frequent international travel with occasions of longer periods
