Job Purpose
• Be the Face of Eucerin: Represent the brand within the medical community, building strategic partnerships with doctors and pharmacies.
• Identify Needs: Understand the unique skincare needs of HCPs and patients, offering tailored Eucerin solutions.
• Share Knowledge: Provide evidence-based information on Eucerin’s innovations to build trust and drive recommendations.
• Expand Reach: Use both digital and in-person channels to grow Eucerin’s influence in healthcare.
• Promote Innovation: Advocate for Eucerin’s research and dermatological advancements.
• Improve Patient Care: Support healthier skin for patients through trusted, effective skincare solutions.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Detailing (70%)
• Medical Engagement: Educate dermatologists, GPs, and pharmacists on Eucerin’s benefits as a mono- or adjunct therapy.
• Clinical Expertise: Stay up to date on product science, clinical studies, and dermatological trends.
• Materials Distribution: Provide samples, educational tools, and assets to support informed recommendations.
• Customer Planning: Analyze customer needs and develop engagement plans that foster long-term partnerships and peer recommendations.
• Digital Engagement: Use virtual tools and CRM platforms to maintain productive digital relationships.
2. Pharmacy Training (10%)
• Education: Train pharmacy staff through product demos and counseling tips to boost Eucerin recommendations.
• Large Events: Support and facilitate group training organized by HQ.
• E-Learning: Extend learning opportunities using digital modules and platforms.
3. Congresses, Events & CME (10%)
• Conferences: Attend medical events and engage KOLs to stay current on trends and insights.
• Event Management: Plan and run local CME sessions and professional gatherings.
• Partnerships: Collaborate with industry bodies to co-host educational events.
4. Strategic Planning & Territory Management (10%)
• Territory Planning: Create and execute efficient visit schedules and call plans.
• CRM & Data: Maintain up-to-date customer data and insights in the CRM system.
• Outreach: Identify new dermatology practices and adapt strategy to regional needs.
Other Responsibilities
• Teamwork: Participate in internal meetings and cross-functional projects.
• Customer Service: Resolve queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity and share insights with marketing and product teams.
• Insight Sharing: Contribute field feedback to shape competitive strategies and plans.
1) A tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Sales, Marketing, or Business.
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or dermo cosmetic industry, with a strong track record in detailing to HCPs.
3) Experience with digital detailing and familiarity with Salesforce (CRM systems)
4) Proficiency in Business English (written & spoken); additional languages are an asset.
5) Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
6) Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7) Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
8) A deep understanding of dermatology and skincare products, with a passion for staying updated on the latest industry developments.
9) Demonstrated ability to work independently, autonomously, and proactively.
10) Self-starter with the initiative to drive results.
11) Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of tasks and projects from inception to completion.
12) Willing to work occasional overtime at conferences and medical events.
13) Willing to travel for work as required by designated area – this includes a compulsory country trip which requires
