- Grow brand of assigned categories and direct all marketing activities for the achievement of short and long term business goal, strategies, action plan, P&L and market spending

- Work with global and regional marketing as a lead market for SEA region for all product innovation development and communication strategies to ensure local relevancy is being addressed
