Your Tasks

The Regional Media & Digital Manager is part of the Regional EUNA Media & Digital team. As a key member of the Regional EUNA team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our media strategies. If you are passionate about both classic and digital media, eager to support the development of effective regional strategies for our Derma & Healthcare brands, and continuously seek new ways to connect our brand with consumers, apply now!

In this role, you'll work closely with our regional activation and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of media campaigns, drive best-in-class strategic planning and data driven media approaches. As part of the regional team, you will also collaborate with global marketing teams as well as local markets refining our media excellence.

Your Tasks as regional Media & Digital Manager:

  • Lead the E2E campaign process from planning, optimization till reporting in close collaboration with local markets as the regional media expert
  • Ensure consistency of media plans with regional and local marketing goals as well as with global media guidelines
  • Create a learning agenda together with region & local market and ensure campaign fit
  • Orchestrate all stakeholders within agency, marketing & digital team along the process
  • Consolidating pilots’ learnings by coordinating with digital & marketing managers
  • Key point of contact towards global marketing and our regional media agency.
  • Support the right Ad-Technology Platforms and Data Audience - Infrastructure setup for EUNA together with Partners in Digital, BLU, BSS and support a consistent rollout plan for European Markets if needed (Adserver, DSP, Audience Engine)
  • Partner with BLU/Beyond Digital, regional and local marketing to define the framework that will best deliver brand growth and consumer engagement to our brands
  • Be part of a team of digital, media experts to drive precision marketing & activation excellence across EUNA.

Your Profile

  • +5 years hands-on experience in media in an agency or marketing department in the B2C consumer sector
  • Deep understanding of digital channels as well as classic channels: Search, Display, Video, Social and Programmatic, TV, OOH, Print
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Google Analytics and ideally TikTok, Snapchat, Connected TV, Twitter and Amazon DSP
  • High action orientation: Can translate strategy into concrete concepts and plans and deliver on time and in full against the plans
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong hands-on mentality and teamwork skills
  • Agile working style, ability to work independently, openness to change and development
  • Excellent analytical skills to drive a clear direction in a complex situation
  • Strategic & entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in English
