Short Description

The Accountant is responsible to ensure that Financial & Tax obligations of the company are fulfilled as appropriate while ensuring accurate reporting data towards external and internal stakeholders.

Your Tasks

  • Month / quarter / yearly closing and reporting in CIS
  • Characterization / scanning of vendor invoices and employees travel expenses to service center
  • Posting of invoices (expenses and purchases of goods) and employees travel expenses
  • Maintenance and archive of import files (purchase of goods)
  • Monthly inventories reports and obligations (Warehouse book, stock reports)
  • Bank balances postings, administration and reconciliation
  • Vendors payments control
  • Fixed Assets activities and reconciliations (running of FA, depreciation check, acquisitions, retirements etc.)
  • Reconciliation with vendors
  • Handling of service invoices from customers (assign agreement and bucket numbers and forward them to the relevant KAM)
  • Tax forms submission (VAT, free lancers, WHT, etc.)
  • Other accounting tasks such as cooperation with auditors, monthly listing & intrastat reporting, yearly customer / vendor lists, transfer pricing and contracts submission
  • Other ad hoc projects
  • Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company's policies and regulations



  • Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration or Economics
  • MSc, will be considered a plus
  • Fluency in English

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in similar position (preferably FMCG company)
