Due to intensive development of Beiersdorf Shared Services in Poland, we recently established the Accounting Department supporting our Polish affiliates. We are hiring for people willing to shape the young organization actively to establish it as a regional center of excellence in future.
You will join our Poznan Beiersdorf Campus, work for top brands such as NIVEA and Eucerin in diverse, international environment with great atmosphere and many development opportunities.

Your Tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the financial accounting and closings of one of our Polish Beiersdorf companies
• First point of contact ("Business Partner") for the finance function of the respective affiliate in all financial accounting matters. This requires very close cooperation with the local organization.
• Coordination and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings and tax reportings (Current/Deferred Tax & Pillar II)
• Creation of the annual financial statements (Polish GAAP) and responsibility for the external audit (IFRS & Polish GAAP)
• Handling of tax matters (CIT, VAT, WHT) with external tax advisor and tax authorities
• Cost center accounting and preparation of statements of income (SOI) in accordance with IFRS and group-specific guidelines
• Self-reliant analysis and documentation of accounts and financial statements
• Pro-active development and standardization of accounting processes / accounting systems
