Logistics Executive

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree of related principles, Engineering departments are plus

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics in a Multinational Company, team/people management experience is required

  • Fluent usage of English is must, German is plus

  • Advance level of SAP/ R3 / SD & MM modules usage

  • Must have advanced level of MS Excel usage and proficiency in other MS Office applications. SQL, VB, Power BI, Power Pivot etc. knowledge is an advantage in the hiring process

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills. Flexible, analytically strong, attention into details, creative and problem-solving ability.

  • Well organized, good follow up skills, strong organization and co-ordination skills.

  • Active and good listener, aptitude for teamwork

  • Strong ability to respond positively under pressure

Your Tasks

  • Managing warehouse operations team and Logistics Service Provider operations improve, review and implement standard processes and procedures. Leading & developing the team in professional way with mentor.

  • Accountable for a logistics cost budget with an efficient and proactive management of the operations. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.

  • Developing and monitor logistics activities to maximize efficiency and service levels using on time delivery mechanism. Contribute company efficiency by customer collaborations and minimized operational costs. Execute fluent and compliant order to cash processes.

  • Developing alternative solutions in logistics and warehouse functions for better services, with higher priority and less cost to all customer needs.

  • Monthly and weekly KPI reporting. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

  • Coordinating all stock area movements & WHS activities.

  • Collaborating with Supply Chain teams (Logistics, Planning, Customer Services, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement) to plan and manage the daily and weekly workload for the operations.

  • Managing closely service providers to ensure all performance is in BDF standards.

  • Working closely with Sales Managers & Customers to drive operation at the level of expectation.
