Your Tasks
As a member of the NIVEA Global Sales Team you will gain international sales & shopper and customer marketing experience at the headquarter of a leading global skincare company. We offer a fast-paced and fun environment, in which you will get a great deal of responsibility and independence from day 1, resulting in a steep learning curve.
Typical tasks include:
- Data Analysis and Market Research at global level for go-to-market strategies
- Analysis of market / category trends, competitor strategies (incl. offline and online store visits to track competition launches), and shopper studies to create shopper insights and recommendation for the Global Shopper & Customer Marketing community
- Support to update and develop Global Guidelines for core products and innovation
- Support on the development of Global trade sell-in stories for key launches and relaunches
- Support on the development and processing of Global studies/researches
Your Profile
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of flexibility and efficiency; pragmatic and autonomous working style
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is required
- Very good command of MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good social / communication skills; Team player
- International work/study experience and an international mindset
- Previous work experience is an added value, with experience in Shopper & Customer Marketing, Category Management or Sales, in a FMCG company being a plus
- Digital experience is a plus
- Enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s studies in business administration or related field during the entire internship

YOUR SALARY
Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.000 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 18,78€ per hour.Additional information
