Your Tasks
- Work with Marketing and S&CM Team to agree and regularly review overall brand pricing and promotional objectives and strategies.
- Analyse market information in order to support business with pricing & dealing recommendations.
- Together with Sales Controlling, develop Dealing Guidelines Framework and improve overall Sales Compliance concept
- Provide strategic recommendations, including prioritization of accounts and brands to ensure effective promotion that deliver maximum ROI.
- Analyse both BDF and Customer promotion on a monthly basis, ex-factory and in-market to ensure BDF brands are competitive within each category
- Steer business to delivery of overall Dealing Plans and Targets
- Co-ordinate and improve the approval process for customer promotions.
- Identify key customer promotions per quarter and deliver consolidated post promotions analysis, with clear recommendations for improvements
- Custodian of all External Retail Data from Sales perspective i.e. Nielsen, DunHumby, Data Orbis, Ask D, BMI
Provide quarterly update to the Exec and Sales Team on effectiveness of market pricing and promotions, using both sell-in and sell-out data, making recommendations on changes that should be implemented. Pro-actively report issues and provide insights and opportunities.
Your Profile
- B.Com with Finance Background with 5+ years of experience
- High degree of analytical capability
- High Level of Engagement and “can do” attitude/spirit.
- Excellent verbal & written communicator with strong presentation skills
- An international mindset is an advantage, covering aspects of open mindedness, cross cultural tolerance, adaptability, a willingness to change and a holistic view on a FMCG business
- Able to work autonomously and as a team member
