Your Tasks
As part of the global NIVEA FACE R&D team you will collaborate with various functions to shape the future of our products. With your scientific knowledge, creativity, and communication skills you will shape the claim and active ingredient strategy of NIVEA Face.
Work in interdisciplinary teams with R&D, Marketing and Communication teams to create scientifically robust, consumer-friendly content for communication assets to support NIVEA Face product launches
Continuously acquire new knowledge in claim creation and new scientific insights to inspire innovative product development for NIVEA Face Care.
Educate Marketing & Sales teams on skin related science, active ingredients, technologies, and products and ensure they have the knowledge they need to succeed.
Connect and stimulate innovation activities between R&D functions, especially in the field of active ingredients.
Participate in selected influencer and key marketing/sales events to provide credible, scientific insights.
Your Profile
You have successfully completed a PhD in natural science, and you have several years of professional experience as a research scientist in a relevant field (e.g. skin care or cosmetics industry) or similar.
OR
You have successfully completed a master's degree in natural science, and you bring many years of professional experience in a relevant field (e.g. skin care or cosmetics industry) and therefore several years as a research scientist.
You are passionate about turning complex science into accessible, engaging content.
You drive the exchange and the collaboration with diverse R&D interfaces to bring new ideas to life.
With excellent communication and presentation skills, you represent NIVEA Face products and the science behind internal and external events.
Diplomatic skills and negotiation strength characterize you.
You are fluent in English (written and spoken), and knowledge of German is an advantage.
Your IT skills go beyond a comprehensive command of MS Office.
