Your job is to turn eCommerce into a major growth channel. From delivering country growth plans and analyzing market trends, to content creation, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our organization! Beiersdorf believes in ecommerce, and now we need the right person to take it to the next step and put some numbers behind the vision.


Reporting line: Head of Digital Derma & Healthcare

  • You are responsible for our sales-driving tools on our website (buy button, Ratings & Reviews, etc.), including screening of new opportunities and being part of company-wide tender
  • You work with our countries to understand their current ecommerce business incl. market size & competitor activity, with the aim of identifying opportunities to help them grow their business
  • You work closely with the marketing teams and develop content that is fit for e-commerce and optimized for consumers and search engines. You will be the subject matter expert for content on ecommerce.
  • You support innovative E-Commerce initiatives that will best serve business growth and customer engagement across all markets
  • You analyze product level data on different sales channels to understand and improve our brands' commercial success
  • You generate and automate regular reportings on our e-commerce performances in various channels
  • You undertake competitor analysis on an ad hoc/seasonal basis to find insights and to better understand their tactics and market developments
  • You cooperate with stakeholders from multiple departments across the company

Your Profile

  • University degree
  • First/Several years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace sales for a B2C, ideally FMCG
  • Conceptual knowledge of multi-channel and assortment strategies and operations
  • A strong commercial sense to identify opportunities and grow the business and a data-driven aptitude in decision making
  • Ability to utilize data/data analytics to drive decisions related to ecommerce, user experience and content management
  • Self-starter mentality with drive and motivation, outstanding interpersonal skills including strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English, additional languages would be advantageous
