Your Tasks
Our vision to become the best skin care company is inseparably tied to our pioneering role in climate protection. Product innovation and transformation are the key to becoming Net Zero.

You drive the implementation of our Sustainability journey (esp. Net Zero) by active monitoring of the implementation progress including the identification of further implementation measures.

You challenge and advice colleagues of different brands and functions related to the Sustainability Roadmap.

Work with external stakeholders (e.g. within the Eco Beauty Score Consortium, Ellen Mac Arthur foundation) to facilitate the Sustainability transformation of the cosmetics industry is part of your responsibilities.

You set-up internal engagement formats for key stakeholders (e.g. Global Leadership Conference, internal Innovation Fair).

For internal and external communication you co-create Brand Transformation related content with Corporate Communication.

You set-up external formats (e.g. booths) featuring the Beiersdorf transformation.

You contribute to the Beiersdorf Sustainability Strategy by co-creating new elements.

You take the functional leadership of other brand transformation manager(s).

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
