As an Innovation Manager in the Early Innovation Team, you will contribute to shaping our long-term innovation roadmap, leveraging consumer understanding, emerging trends and cutting-edge technologies to redefine the future of skincare. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, manage projects, and co-create the next generation of skincare products to drive our organization’s success and enhance our competitive position in the cosmetics industry.
Stay ahead of industry developments by continuously tracking weak signals shaping the future of skincare and adjacent industries.
Identify, analyze, and interpret emerging trends and cultural shifts relevant to skincare to support future-oriented innovation.
Collaborate with different teams and ranks in matrix setups to translate foresight findings into actionable insights and strategic opportunities for the long-term innovation. pipelines of our different brands.
Create compelling narratives that engage and target diverse stakeholders and contribute to improving internal foresight capabilities.
Work on X.Brands programs in the Exploration and Ideation phases of our Early Innovation Process.
Contribute to the development of the long-term innovation roadmap.
Cultivate a culture of creativity, curiosity and cross-functional collaboration.
University degree in business, innovation, science or comparable.
Demonstrated experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, innovation management or consumer research.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate into creative and conceptual work.
Project Management: Experience in implementing x-functional/multi-stakeholder projects.
Entrepreneurial mindset with drive for implementation.
Proven strategic thinking combined with ability to think out of the box.
Excellent communication & presentation skills, international mindset.
High proficiency in English, second language preferred.
