Supply Chain Executive - Fixed Term Contract

Joining our Supply Chain team as a Customer Operations Executive, on an initial fixed term contract, will give you the opportunity to deliver excellent supply chain customer service.  From order receipt through to delivery you will enable achievement of specific customer service level targets supporting the business objectives.

You will build strong customer relationships, to enable us to deliver supply chain best practise and continuously review order processing to ensure we achieve perfect order fulfilment, efficiently and effectively with the Customers.  Partnering multiple customers, you will be required to attend customer meetings with our Customer Service Manager (approximately once per month)

Using customer data you will be comfortable to analyse the current supply chain and look to identify opportunities for your customer experience to be enhanced and process improvements to be proposed.
