E-Commerce Operations Intern

Your Responsibilities

Account Operations & Coordination (35%)

  • Track and monitor product orders, cancellations, out-of-stock items, and suppressions to improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain sales, inventory, and TPM claims tracking reports, ensuring timely completion and budget compliance.
  • Facilitate internal coordination, prepare meeting agendas/materials, and follow up on action items across teams to support account health.


Retail Media & Competitive Analysis (25%)

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, focusing on ROAS and key metrics.
  • Manage SharePoint for data and asset sharing with agency partners, and conduct competitor keyword research and daily audits to track trends.
  • Provide insights on campaign performance, benchmark categories, and recommend improvements for enhanced advertising effectiveness.


Data Analysis & Reporting (20%)

  • Conduct weekly sales analysis, prepare updates for one-on-one meetings, and support data pulls from key platforms (Profitero, KAP, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing KPI reports and identifying actionable insights for improved performance.
  • Maintain the EUNA tracker, monitor reviews & ratings, and share potential issues with the Marketing team.


Content & Digital Shelf Management (20%)

  • Monitor product detail page (PDP) health, flag issues in real-time, and support weekly content fixes to improve content scorecards.
  • Assist with seasonal content optimization, keyword research, and tracking content briefs/approvals with brand teams.
  • Support Amazon store updates, KPI reporting, and monitor search results to track and improve performance.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in e-commerce operations and retail business
