Manager Project Engineering (Process & Sustainability)

Your Tasks

Project Management
- Lead and undertake specific project assignment in ‘Process, Sustainability and Infrastructure’ to ensure successful project delivery in term of quality, safety, cost & time
- Develop work plan & strategy and establish coordination with all relevant functions
- Regularly update project status and providing meeting minutes to all relevant functions
- Perform project risk assessment and develop mitigation plan
- Lead and manage design review process with all relevant functions
- Provide support during project conceptual & feasibility phase
- Complete project documentation, transfer knowledge to production, maintenance and relevant staffs, and complete/update documentations.

Quality, Safety, & Environment:
- Ensure compliance to company safety, quality, and environmental procedure & standard to promote quality and safe workplace.

Change Management
- Complete project change control process and provide risk assessment documents
- Provide process validation documents (DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ and SAT).

Stakeholder Management:
- Ensure effective coordination & communication with both internal & external stakeholders
- Identify & prioritize key internal stakeholders, and keeping them informed
- Address issues & resolve conflict situations arise in the project to achieve project goal.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships within project team and relevant functions

Your Profile

- Bachelor‘s degree of Chemical, Food Processing, Mechanical or Electrical engineering or higher
- Min. 4-7 year experience in manufacturing related environment (FMCG Environment would be advantage)
- Project Management Skill
- Change Management Skill
- Stakeholder Management Skill
- Good understanding of Manufacturing related requirements in term of risk assessment, hygienic design, and process qualification/validation
- Good command of English communication & presentation
- Good knowledge of safety, GMP, HACCP and HAZOP
- Experience with MS Office and AutoCAD
