The BU Head Derma & HC leads the local Commercial Units (CU) Colombia & Ecuador. Has key responsibilities in business planning, Marketing, Medical Management, Sales, S&CM Strategies, leadership and organization design for Eucerin and HC business.
Strategy and business planning
➢ Defines and executes BPU’s strategy and plans with regards to customer investment, distribution, sales, shopper customer marketing, promotions and pricing in order to achieve market share, sales, customer contribution and EBIT objectives.
➢ Directly responsible for all Marketing, Medical Management and Shopper & Customer Marketing (S&CM) teams.
➢ Participating in the development of the brands and category strategy and ensuring the adaption and implementation.
➢ Monitoring the brands performance (net sales, market share, prescriptions share, etc.) and brand development against sales/ profit forecast and budgets.
➢ Support of regional innovation projects and providing local consumer insights / needs into the process.
➢ Identify market challenges, opportunities and right segment focus, product portfolio and marketing strategy for BPU’s to win in local markets leveraging expertise within the region.
➢ Define portfolio architecture and partner with the Regional team to develop a strong pipeline according to our channels priorities.
➢ Develop price strategy which provide solution for sustainability of high value price proposition.
➢ Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure their full understanding of defined marketing strategies and ensure the excellence implementation.
