Due to intensive development of Beiersdorf Shared Services in Poland, we recently established the Accounting Department responsible for one of our luxury brands. We are hiring for people willing to shape the young organization actively to establish it as a regional center of excellence in future. You will join our Poznan Beiersdorf Campus, work in an international environment with many development opportunities.

In this position, you will cooperate with an affiliate and stakeholders outside of Poland, however, you are embedded to our core accounting team based on site in Poznan.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payable for our Switzerland based entity La Prairie
• Posting of PO and non PO based invoice and Invoices for Assets and Inventory
• Dealing with the Inquiries from Vendors, the Organization and Approvers via Workflow
• Preparation and execution of payment runs
• Verifying and checking Travel & Expenses as per the Travel Policy
• Support of monthly closings and providing analysis to stakeholders
• Contact for financial and tax auditors regarding all topics in AP
• Ensuring master data quality of vendor accounts
• Active support of ongoing improvement of processes and systems in current accounting and on projects
