We're looking for an experienced Global Digital Channel Expert NIVEA (all genders) who is excited about co-creating a Global Precision Marketing collaboration model with media agency partners. You will become part of our precision marketing team within our global media department. Precision Marketing is our focus and together with you we ensure that we are reaching the right people, with the right message at the right time. You will support the global digital marketing organization to become best-in-class and reaching new advertising dimensions.

Your role

  • Implement cross-country operational excellence in digital media planning and buying through consistent process frameworks and governance to ensure accountability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our precision marketing and media managers and digital leads across the globe
  • Manage innovation agenda with agencies to stay ahead of consumer behavior shifts
  • Establish and measure performance against consistent contractual agreements across media agencies
  • Responsible for overseeing that global media agency contracts incorporate the latest PM trends, GRs updates, KPI frameworks, best team – setup and roles and best-practices for our brands
  • Ensure latest Media Buying competence inhouse on all relevant digital media channels (Google, Meta, Tiktok)
  • Support Brand Safety strategy and implementation with our media partners

Your Profile

  • Long-term experience in digital media including analysis, optimization and performance / KPI reporting – ideally at an agency
  • Very profound understanding of the international media landscape
  • Deep understanding of attribution and ROI measurement methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising channels and systems (Search, Display, Video and Programmatic and/or Social)
  • Expert on programmatic buying, optimization of digital media spent
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Facebook Business Manager, DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Google Analytics and ideally TikTok, Snapchat, Connected TV, Twitter and Amazon DSP
  • Curious to learn on new upcoming channels (Twitch, KOL, influencers)
  • Fluent in English, additional languages would be advantageous
