Medical Product Specialist - Medical School

Your Tasks

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product features, benefits, and clinical data to healthcare professionals (HCP) focusing Dermatologist and Pediatrician. Manage Sales Achievement within the assigned territory.
1.Promote and educate the products to physicians and others HCP.

  • In-depth Presentations: Deliver detailed presentations on new or existing products, highlighting key benefits, active ingredients, Usage, side effects, and clinical studies supporting the product’s efficacy.
  • Medical Literature: Provide doctors with the company’s medical literature, research studies, and clinical trial data.
  • Handling objections and Addressing Concerns raised by doctors regarding the product’s use or potential adverse effects.
  • Provide the F2F or Online product presentation as the company guideline to assigned HCP.

2.Planning and Scheduling Call Visits to HCP in assigned territory.

  • F2F/Online Visits: Schedule Plan and organize daily/weekly/monthly visits to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals staff as the company guideline.
  • Schedule appointments and ensure regular follow-ups for product usage, educational symposium, and other activities.
  • Provide up-to-date educational material (brochures, leaflets, clinical studies) during visits, emphasizing product benefits, safety, and efficacy.

3.Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals within the assigned territory.
4.Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve sales targets, forecast accuracy through effective call visits, Listing Product to Dispensary Room and Shelf Business.
  • Develop and execute plan to acquire the Key Promotors doctors in the assigned area.

5.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
6.Adhere to all company policies, regulations, and medical compliance. Ensure that all promotional materials, Sponsorship, Gift, FOC and interactions are compliant with company compliance policy.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, business).
  • Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Thai.
