Your Tasks

  • Did you know that the worldwide Beiersdorf investment into media is one of the largest investments within the company? Did you notice the transformations within the media environment due to the accelerating digital ecosystem on various layers of the media industry?

  • In this role you will be part of an international diverse Media team jointly responsible for the worldwide media investments across all Beiersdorf brands and you will closely collaborate with our Global Category Managers.
  • Your responsibilities will span both organizational tasks, like presentation preparation, as well as operational tasks such as Database and Systems Management. You will play a pivotal role in the entire project planning process, including shaping and steering our collaborations with agency partners.
  • As a key contributor, you will help to identify optimization opportunities and create significant business value. This involves running database reports, analyzing data, and contributing to future sourcing strategies.
  • Working within the team, you will lead and take responsibility for your defined work packages, projects, and tasks. Your role extends to enhancing and supporting procurement processes, methods, and systems, monitoring KPIs, developing and optimizing templates, and serving as the point person for various procurement tools. Additionally, you'll spearhead the implementation of Supply Chain and Procurement Strategies.

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: University degree, business administration, economics, international management or marketing
  • Professional Experience: 2 and more years professional procurement specific experience.
  • Media experience (digital and/or media agencies, media auditors, adtech providers, media sales house side or media manager and/or procurement media manager on client side) is helpful, but not a must.
  • Analytical Skills: Having an entrepreneurial mindset combined with proficient analytical thinking
  • Very good experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • IT and system savvy, experience with SAP & Vendor Data Management is a plus
  • A people person and networker
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, second language preferred
  • Willingness to travel
