RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implementation of the sales plan for customers;
• Negotiation of commercial terms;
• Negotiating/monitoring the implementation of promotions in accordance with the promotion policy established by the company;
• Elaboration of the promotional plan, with specific activities per client (negotiations, placements, layout, branding, visibility) according to the company's promotion strategies together with the logistics and marketing department, promo packages, promo items;
• Developing commercial contracts & implements the sales and marketing strategies with clients in the portfolio;
• Participate in joint projects together with the marketing, logistics, financial departments;
• Communicate the specific promo plan per customer, listings, placements to the field in order to implement them in stores;
• Monitors and verifies the activities implemented at store level through regular field visits followed by direct and written feedback to RM/SR.
• Monitors reports of products that are not in stock;
• Monitors the activity of the competition;
• Prepares evaluation reports and forecasts the evolution of sales for the assigned customers and constantly revises the sales plan;
• Prepare timely reports on the evolution of the IKA channel at the national level;
• Executes any other position-specific provisions, given by the hierarchical superior, within the limits of compliance with the legal basis.
